Exotic Dance & Pole Fitness
Feel good about feeling sexy!!! NOT your average fitness classes and you will go home feeling this workout from head to toe! Pole Fitness is great for building upper body and core strength. It's like "skateboarding for chicks".
Burn Calories and Build Confidence while getting your sexy on....
Crescent Lotus is New Orleans' original and premiere studio for Exotic Dance & Pole Fitness. Crescent Lotus offered it's first workshops with Lady M in Spring 2007 and has now grown to offering three weekly classes.
Lady M and Kaisa still offer periodic workshops.
Our instructors are experienced in Dance and Pole instruction with an emphasis on safety and professionalism while always making fitness fun. They can show you how to develop everything from your sexy walk down to your exotic crawl...not to mention the fun and excitement that comes with learning graceful pole tricks!
Crescent Lotus uses Platinum Stages poles that can be used as static (non-spinning) or free spinning poles. Basic technique and beginner tricks are learned in static mode.

What to Wear
Proper Class Attire: Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in unhindered. Yoga pants are good, shorts are great, short shorts are best. Tank tops, t-shirts of babydoll dresses. Feel free to dress it up and have some fun. NO SHOES. NO BODY LOTIONS OR OILS ON THE DAY OF CLASS. It makes your slip on the pole and the pole gets icky.
As with the undertaking of all new fitness programs, consult your physician if you have any health problems or concerns.
