Modern Dance
We're excited t be adding Modern Dance to the variety of offerings at Crescent Lotus. We'll be trying it out for a few weeks this summer. Please come by and dance with us. We hope to make it a regular class by Fall.

Beginner/Intermediate Modern Dance
Mary has received so much joy through the expression of the body and wants to share that joy with all people!! This Modern Dance class will explore the dynamics of physicality and the body's ability to be expressive from the most subtle of ways to the most boisterous movements! Mary will lead you through a warm up and movement phrases in which you will discover your own organic way of moving. You will expand your sensitivity and shift your awareness through use of your body. Celebrate by giving in to your own rhythms and take part in this fun, athletic class!
